Missing upper lateral incisors
Missing teeth are not uncommon and cause the remaining teeth to tip into the space if the baby teeth are lost. This patient`s upper lateral incisors were missing from birth. She had braces for twenty months to move the teeth into the correct position. The missing teeth were then replaced with temporary bridges prior to permanent implants when she was older.
